Let's get this straight, girls:
- Cardio: Required for fat loss. HIIT is said to be the most effective cardio for fat loss.
- Strength/Weight training: Required for toning and definition. You won’t get abs or lean-looking legs without strong muscles. Lift heavy.
- Good nutrition: Required for all of the above. Always remember, 70% diet, 30% exercise. Keep your intake in check.
- The “Beach Body” requires all three of these elements. No matter how much cardio you do, if you eat like shit and do no strength work, you will not get the toned, lean, slim body you are after. If you eat fantastically, but do zero exercise, your body won’t really do an awful lot of changing.

- enjoying cuddles with your partner as you aren’t worried about being fat anymore
- curling up into a ball to keep warm & feeling so small
- people losing their summer body & you staying perfect
- excuses not to eat now that school has began again
- the feeling of breathing in cold air while chewing gum
- all the lovely tea’s you can try
- people at school wondering if you ever eat
things will get better, a new season is a new beginning, you’ll make it to you ugw this time stay strong.
My simple diet-rules are:
- Drink a lot of water or green tea (no sugar)
- Eat a lot of fruits and veggies (low fat and low cal)
- Quit with elaborated food (I PROMOTE NATURE ✿)
- Workout 3-4 times per week. (you can search exercises on youtube)
- If you’re lazy, 30 min walking every day ARE ENAUGH TO LOSE WEIGHT.
- Keep yourself motivated and be enthusiastic about your healthy choices!

youll still be fat. starting tomorrow wont change anything. youll just eat more and more and more. youre weak. you need to be strong and in control. this isnt your body any more. you need to be thin. its not a want. you have to be skinny. stop waiting. stop putting it off. youre just getting fatter by the days.

…just think about how great you will feel about your body when you see a flat tummy the next morning.
…how great it will feel to hear “Did you lose weight?”
…how great it will feel to be small and fit into size L,M,S, XS..

Something that really motivates me
What you HAVE to remember is that once you are there, your perfect body that’s all anyone will see. They won’t see that six months ago you got called ‘fat’, they won’t know how long it took you to get there, how many times you binged or cried or screamed because you were just so unhappy with your weight. When people see you in the street all they will see is a success story, a perfect being.
